4. Responsibilities and Disclosure

All individuals covered by this Policy are expected to:

  • Avoid situations that could create or appear to create a conflict of interest
  • Proactively disclose any actual or potential conflict to the appropriate contact within BIG CARING GROUP
  • Refrain from participating in any decision-making processes where a conflict exists

5. Non-Compliance
