Sin Yin co-founded BIG Pharmacy and leads operations across the Group with a focus on efficiency, systems, and data-driven processes. She holds a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Strathclyde.

With three decades of retail experience and a track record that includes co-founding and listing CARiNG Pharmacy, Yeow Siang now leads retail excellence and brand growth across the Group. He is a Harvard Business School alumni & USM Pharmacy graduate.

With 20+ years in finance, Shin Yi leads reporting, budgeting, tax, and treasury at BIG CARING GROUP. She ensures compliance and drives group-wide financial strategy. She is a fellow of the ACCA.

With over 15 years in retail pharmacy and 4 years in clinical practice, Chee Choon leads outlet expansion, M&A, and facilities strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Lean Boon brings 30 years of logistics experience and co-founded CARiNG Pharmacy. He now drives supply chain strategy and execution across the Group. He holds a Pharmacy degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Kevin has over 25 years of HR leadership across diverse industries and has led integration for four major mergers. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Siew Lai brings 20+ years of senior leadership across digital transformation, brand building, and performance marketing from top-tier firms. Her work spans B2C and B2B sectors, consistently delivering revenue growth.

Chin Boon has 25 years in IT, including 15 years leading transformation in retail pharmacy. He specialises in enterprise architecture, process improvement, and aligning IT with business strategy across departments.
